  1. The State Commission on Judicial Performance seeks citizen’s input on Colorado’s Judicial Performance Evaluation program. This input will help guide and pursue legislation to renew the program’s governing statute (CRS 13-5.5-101 et. seq.) which sunsets in 2019.   2. Shouldn’t we expect the judicial branch to follow the law? Unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case. The state commission hasn’t complied with the law because it didn’t send surveys to all the groups it is required to send surveys. The number of Coloradans affected by the rulings of these judges: 5.356 million. If you want to change this situation, vote “Shall NOT be retained” on judges.
