If you feel you been victimized in Probate Courts this is a chance to let the Colorado Supreme Court know the system is not working. It doesn’t matter what rules are changed if no one bothers to enforce them. Please send in your written comments and stories of the problems you have in Probate Courts to let the Supreme Court know we want change!

Deadline for Comments: December 1, 2015
The Court requests written public comments by any interested person on the proposed repeal and reenactment of the Colorado Rules of Probate Procedure. Written comments should be submitted to Christopher Ryan, Clerk of the Supreme Court. Comments may be mailed or delivered to 2 East 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80203 or emailed to email@example.com no later than 5 p.m. on December 1, 2015. The Clerk of the Court will post written comments here after the comment period closes.
